Hello. My name is Dianne and my grandfather was Howard Dalzell. I just want to say thank you for displaying his toolbox in the window of your business. He built the building and would be really chuffed to know that there is still a plumbing business there. My mother and I spotted the toolbox when we were revisiting the important places from her childhood when we were there at Easter. It meant a lot to both of us to his name in the window.
